Welcome to the so far only pole acrobatics school in Ostwestfallen Lippe. Since 2017 you can find us in the beautiful district of Bad Salzuflen Schötmar. We have made it and the task of creating a superlative empire. With the founding of Empire Fitness, we have our Focused on all areas of the healthcare industry, working in the fields of dance and acrobatics, cosmetics, equestrian sports, fitness and weight training. The Empire Pole can be found in the premises of the Fitness Fitness gym. Our corporate philosophy stands for elegance and elegance Lightness - For dance and acrobatics on the pole. Our focus is on purely athletic and acrobatic gymnastics with rhythmic dance movements. We combine tricks and spins with beautiful choreographies. Body tension and posture are strengthened by intensive stretch and power units. The artful sport gives you a complex full body workout. In particular, the shoulder, abdominal and back muscles, but also the hip rotators and buttocks musculature. Before each course unit is therefore an extensive warm up. The required equipment is kept within limits: In addition to sportswear you need nothing more. Our qualities are expressed above all in small family training groups of max. 6 participants, in which we can respond individually to each individual easily. You will find us both courses for adults, as well as courses for children and teenagers from 6 years. With us you get trained and certified trainers of the IHK Bielefeld, the sports federation Bielefeld and In addition to the activities as a coach, training and nutrition concepts are also part of our duties. We celebrate our birthday today and start "an open day" Our doors are open for you. You are allowed to let off steam on our 7 pole poles from 7 pm to 10 pm. At 20 o'clock there will be a small Schnupperexkurs for you. For all regular registrations on this day for our beginners course, you will receive 15 € discount on the first month. Empire Pole is celebrating its birthday and is now 2 years old. For a given reason, we start a new beginner course. You have always been interested in pole sport? Then start with us now, we will not bite :) What you need: a pair of shorts and warm trousers a sleeveless top a towel and something to drink we train barefoot (socks) * Each course has 8 units (once a week) ** Participation from 16 years (with the consent of the legal guardian)
The Pole is a gymnastics apparatus like any other. Pole fitness is a strength sport and no sensual movements compared to Pole Dance. Acrobatics and dance are in the foreground of our Kids / Teens courses. Here, the focus is purely physical and acrobatic gymnastics. We also combine tricks and spins in the kids and teens courses to create beautiful choreographies. The main focus of our kids workshops and courses is on posture, body stretch (of course in healthy dimensions!) And tricks and acrobatics on the pole. Together in the group the children / teens train once a week for 1 hour. The course is for children over 6 years.
